Tottenham transfer news: Croatian playmaker has had no contact with harry Redknapp regarding his future
Out of favour Tottenham midfielder Niko Kranjcar has claimed he does not know where he will be playing next season as he has not spoke to boss Harry Redknapp about his future.
The Croatian international failed to win a place in the Spurs starting XI on a regular basis this season, with the majority of his 18 appearances coming in cup matches or as a substitute.
Kranjcar has been linked with a move to Dynamo Kiev after the player admitted he could be tempted by the riches offered by eastern European clubs.
“I don’t have any contact with my manager Harry Redknapp,” Kranjcar told Sportske Novosti.
“When I was leaving London to head back home to Croatia, he didn’t tell me anything about next season. So I don’t really know if he is counting on me or not.
“A move to the Ukraine? I don’t know. Nobody has told me about this.
“Maybe Tottenham are talking with Dynamo Kiev, I just don’t know. I’m in the dark. Nobody has told me anything.”
