Transfer news: Loic Remy says there is plenty of time left for a transfer to the Premier League this summer
Olympique de Marseille striker Loic Remy says there is plenty of time for a transfer to happen this summer, but concedes that his future will be decided by his club.
Newcastle have reportedly joined Spurs in the hunt for Remy, 25, who has scored four goals in 17 appearances for France.
“I am contracted to Marseille but if the club wants to sell me, there is not much I can do about it,” Remy told Sky Sports.
“The transfer window closes on August 31, so there is plenty of time [for something to happen].”
